The Brief:

This client initially contacted us looking for someone who could upgrade their website from Joomla 1.5 to Joomla 2.5.

This was quickly completed and we also carried out a redesign to the  look and feel of complete site.

On-site Joomla training was given to a member of staff who now carries out all the updates. We provide ongoing telephone support as required.

We also now host the website and complete monthly backups and apply any security patches or software updates and have also carried out the upgrade from Joomla 2.5 to Joomla 3.

These more major updates are always carried out on a non production version of the website to test for any compatibility issues and eliminate any risk of disruption to the live site.
