Adding a New Page & Menu item in Wordpress

To create a new a page or edit an existing page

1.    Select the 'Pages' menu item from the Dashboard menu
2.    Selct the 'Add New' from the Pages sub menu to add a new page or All Pages to find a page you want to edit
3.    Insert or ammend the 'Title' in the title field
4.    Add or ammend Text to the content area
5.    Hit 'Publish' or 'Update' (if it has already been Published)

1.    Under the Appearance menu
2.    The Menu Item > click here

Adding the page to the menu

1.    If you have more than one menu, select the menu you want to use from here. Click Select and this menu will load
2.    Tick the check box of the page you want to add to the menu
3.    Click add to menu
4.    Hover over the menu items and your cusor will change to the cross hair symbol, this enables you to drap and drop the menu items in a new order.
5.    Save
